It’s a series of stretches, movements, and postures designed to help athletes gain flexibility, increase range of motion, and calm the nervous system.

As a former collegiate volleyball player and current volleyball coach and mom, founder Leah Collins fully understands the unique physical demands of being a high-performance athlete. And with a BS in Health Psychology and E-RYT 200 certification, she knows exactly how to leverage athletic yoga to prevent injuries, maximize performance, and help athletes play their sport longer.
